There is more harassment at the Somerset Highway Department, two females one a fired Highway Laborer Cindy Dollar and the other Highway Clerk Zeina Madeiros whose desk was moved from the highway department to the town hall all between the Somerset Highway Superintendent Brian Martin and Foreman Christopher Simons.

For the last two weeks Somerset Highway Superintendent Brian Martin was out of work on medical leave, but still had his town cell phone and town truck and with the rumor running fast around town that he was fired but using his time. On Tuesday December 04, 2018 at approximately 3:30 p.m. I Chris Murphy called the Somerset Selectmen’s Office in the Town Hall and asked when is “Somerset Highway Superintendent Brian Martin going to be done using medical leave and when is his fired date”. They said they did not know anything and did not know what I was talking about; they did not tell me anything!!!!!

On Wednesday December 05, 2018 at approximately 1:30 p.m. Somerset Highway Superintendent Brian Martin was FIRED and Somerset Highway Foreman Christopher Simons and another worker went to Brian Martin’s home to collect his town owned cell phone and town owned truck.
